Leaving Gun Blogs Web Ring

A few weeks ago I joined the "Gun Blogs" web ring in hopes of drawing more traffic to this site and to support other pro-gun bloggers. I added the web ring code to this blog, which caused some links to appear at the bottom of the page to encourage people visit other member sites. I then noticed a number of problems with the web ring, including broken links and freeloading members that did not reciprocate by displaying the required the web ring links on their sites. After repeatedly and unsuccessfully trying to get the web ring owner/administrator to resolve these problems, I left the ring and removed the Gun blog links from the bottom of this page.
